A slow-paced style of Yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time-five minutes or longer per pose is typical. Applying moderate stress to the connective tissues-the tendons, fascia and ligaments-with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

An energetic, fun workout using the perfect combination of strength and flexibility utilizing a ballet barre with intervals of fat burning cardio techniques from dance, pilates and yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Great for ALL fitness levels!
