A slow-paced style of Yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time-five minutes or longer per pose is typical. Applying moderate stress to the connective tissues-the tendons, fascia and ligaments-with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

An energetic, fun workout using the perfect combination of strength and flexibility utilizing a ballet barre with intervals of fat burning cardio techniques from dance, pilates and yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Great for ALL fitness levels!

This Yoga Class is done with the temperature being at least 90 degrees. During this class you will practice Yoga poses and breathing exercises designed to detoxify the body. Come prepared to SWEAT!!

A combination of traditional Yoga poses & postures practiced using soft silk fabrics suspended at waist height

DURATION 1 hour

A strength building class utilizing the aerial hammocks & Yoga principles. We will increase strength and improve flexibility, all while building the core. This is a multilevel class, no aerial or Yoga experience required.

A Face Yoga class combined with an abs and butt workout.

DURATION 30 minutes

FAB class combined with our stability fitness.

DURATION 45 minutes
