An energetic, fun workout using perfect combination of strength and flexibility utilizing a ballet barre with intervals of fat burning cardio techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will define and chisel the whole body.

A slow-paced style of Yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time-five minutes or longer per pose is typical. Applying moderate stress to the connective tissues-the tendons, fascia and ligaments-with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

This Abdominal workout is in a heated environment. A strong core will allow you to keep optimal body alignment for whatever you're doing: swim, bike, run. Come prepared to SWEAT!!

This Yoga Class is done with the temperature being at least 90 degrees. During this class you will practice Yoga poses and breathing exercises designed to detoxify the body. Come prepared to SWEAT!!

A combination of traditional Yoga poses & postures practiced using soft silk fabrics suspended at waist height. With the hammock you improve flexibility and build strength while allowing you to do more challenging poses without pressure to your shoulders, spine, or head. Weight limit 250 lbs.
