I graduated from Louisiana Tech in Kinesiology Feb. 2019. I served in the military for 8 years, coached soccer at West Monroe High School for 4 years and have been a competitive athlete for most of my life. Through my experiences and education, I have trained a wide range of age groups at all levels of fitness. My passion is helping others overcome obstacles and achieve their healthy life goals.
